Konvergent website
What started out as a cleanup of the company website turned into a rebranding and creation of a completely new, award winning website.
The Brief
The design team was initially tasked with a basic refresh of the company's website. However this soon expanded into a much larger project, including a rebrand and complete overhaul of the site. I was tasked with wireframing and mockups, as well as constructing the site using elements of the new brand and applying them to animations and widgets

Utilising Scroll Effects
User Engagement is something key to consider in the design of a website. It was decided that small elements of animation activated through scrolling was a good way to keep engagement while also not being overbearing. Below is an example of how I put this into effect, with elements of the collages being separated into layers with seperate animations to create an overall effect.
Responsive Design
The analytics of the previous website had shown that a slight majority of users viewed the site on a mobile device. Therefore a lot of attention was put into responsive design.
Part of this responsive design process was copying out imagery with animations and hiding this copy on the desktop view. This was to optimise the imagery for mobile devices and to negate the horizontal scroll that would occur from animated elements.
